How to return or replace a product
It is possible to request a return or a replacement within 14 days of receiving the order by following a few simple steps, as explained below.
Before proceeding with the return, read the Sales conditions and make sure that the products are returned in their original conditions, including the Vicario Cinque label.
Vicario Cinque shippings are free while the return is at your expenses, as well as the risk related to any damage or loss of the same during transport until we receive the goods.
1. Send an email to email@example.com with your refund or replacement request indicating the order number and article name.
The products can be returned once the request is accepted and confirmed by email.
2. Fill out the form that you find inside the box you received (or print this one).
Indicate the items you intend to return or replace and the reason, then insert it inside the box.
3. Book the shipment
Choose a courier and book a shipment at the place and time you prefer. The shipment is at your expenses and must be done within 14 days from your request.

4. Pack the products and stick the return label
Prepare the package by placing the products inside their packaging and make sure that the products are returned in their original condition, with the Vicario Cinque label (different boxes can be used, but we highly recommend recycling as much as possible) then stick the new label, making sure to cover the original label.
5. Wait for the return confirmation and refund
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been successfully returned to our warehouse and the refund completed.
