How to return or replace a product
You can request a return or size exchange within 14 days of delivery by filling out our online form in all its fields. Remember to provide your personal details and those related to the order made.
A. You will need to book your trusted courier for parcel pickup. The address of destination is VICARIO CINQUE SRL, Via Roma 10, 36040 Brendola (VI).
B. Before proceeding with the return, please wait for approval via email from our staff.
C. In the meantime, prepare the package by placing the products inside their original packaging (you can use different boxes, but we strongly recommend recycling as much as possible).
D. In the case of a return, the refund will be made via bank transfer to the IBAN indicated during the procedure once we receive the product back. In the case of an exchange, Vicario Cinque undertakes to provide the new item with shipping costs covered.
Before proceeding, please read the Sales Terms and Conditions and ensure that the products are returned in their original condition, with tags and hangers attached.
